1. Sterilisation and Cleaning

No matter how tired your machines are when they arrive, our customers can be sure they will be thoroughly stripped, cleaned and sterilised.

Every machine is stripped down to the empty cabinet before any cleaning starts.

Each component is washed, rinsed and where required sterilised before each component is moved on to the next process.

Plastic components are washed and bleached, whilst metal components are washed and inspected before they are repaired, or put to storage
