4. Testing

Once the machine has been assembled, it is finally tested by our qualified engineers. Our test engineers have worked in the field and assembled new machines.

Each machine is set up to basic settings, and then powered up and run through a series of test cycles to ensure it is ready for final setting before it returns to the field.

We are happy to complete any test certification our customers use, but have our own route cards that we use to monitor each stage of manufacture and assure process traceability.
